    A Taste of Greece

    Having been born to multicultural parents and lacking a sense of national identity, food has always played an integral part in forming my cultural identity. Moving to Greece with my husband, Prince Nikolaos, has added a new chapter to my culinary identity and allowed me to define what ‘home’ tastes like. Through this project I have fallen in love with Greece and its exquisite tastes all over again.

    ELPIDA Youth deals with the psychological and emotional wellbeing of children with cancer. It provides a holistic approach and we are extremely proud to have opened the first summer camp for children undergoing treatment in Greece.

Gardening is a powerful therapeutic tool, addressing issues of isolation and mental health, producing beauty, belonging, food security, and promising economic stimulation. Having spent time in Iraq, I experienced first hand the power of a humble seed.
