“Go outdoors - get exercise - it gives you energy.” This is the response one usually gets when you say “I am tired, I feel drained”. Yes, THAT IS a solution, but what happens when you have no motivation at all.
The key is to ask for help. Look for someone who has what you need and say “can you help me”? Asking for help is a sign of strength and self awareness.
I know I need to exercise to stay both physically & mentally fit, but recently I really couldn’t find it in me, so I asked for help. Not only did I fuel my mind and body, but I gave someone the opportunity to change my day. In doing so it created a ripple effect of happiness. When we support each other, everyone is better off.
My message of the day:
Ask for help. Whatever it is you need. A wise man once said, “Ask for help not because you're weak, but because you want to remain strong.”
